HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
All returns must be initiated within *14 days of delivery date.*. To place a return, please email
firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (too large/small, not to your expectations, didn't like the style, etc.)
You are entitled to one free return 1st order. We'll email you a pre-paid shipping label for your return. These items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and in its original packaging.
Gift cards, lingerie, swimsuits, and certain sale items marked "final sale" are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us.
*14 days of receiving your order* The 14 days return period start counting at the date the tracking shows delivered.
THE RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact us about your return within 14 days of the delivery date.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your merchandise, contact us at
email@example.com. Please provide your order number, item(s) you are returning and reason for return. Each order is eligible for one return.
2. Receive a response from our customer service team within 24 to 48 hours.
You will receive a response about your refund request and next steps from our customer service team within 48 hours. If your request is approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label to return your items.
3. Ship your merchandise back to us.
Please note that your returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original packaging. Accessories, undergarments, swimwear, and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
4. Inspect/approve your returned merchandise and refund initiated.
We will inspect the return and initiate a refund within 2 to 3 days of arriving at our warehouse. A refund confirmation will be sent to you via email. Please note that refunds take 2 to 14 days to reflect in your bank account. This time depends on the policies of your financial institution.

What items are eligible for return?
We accept most merchandise for returns. They must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and with its original tags and packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges on: lingerie, jewelry, underwear, swimwear, accessories (except scarves, bags and sunglasses), and items marked final sale.
If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us with your order number, item description and a photo of the defect.
Note👉Flash sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded.
How will I be refunded?
If your refund is approved, we will return the monies back to your original form of payment. No exceptions.
Refunds take anywhere between 2 to 14 days to return to your account. This time depends on your financial institution. If you do not see a refund after 14 days, please contact your financial institution.
Can I ship the items on my own?
If you are not using our pre-paid mailing label to ship returns to us, we will provide the correct address to ship it back to. You will be responsible for these shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged deliveries for these types of returns.
Please double check all return packages for non-LookSKY merchandise as we are not responsible for shipping these back to you.
