How Long Does It Take to Receive the Package

Order Processing Time

After your payment is authorized and verified, usually we need 2-5 days to prepare the order for you.

Send Package(s)

For orders containing Inventory shortage products, we may split the order when it was a little delayed and give priority to the items in stock so that you can receive them as soon as possible.

We will also ship out the remaining Inventory shortage products as soon as they are in stock. Therefore, the missing items may be in the coming packages. If you have any questions about your package tracking information, please feel free to contact us at

Shipping Time

Please note that orders to destinations may take 4-9 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and the final destination of the order.

It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible. But due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, the time for the order to be delivered to you will be different from the estimated time by 3-7 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance.

Shipping Restrictions

You can check the status of your order through the "My Orders" page on the website. For orders that have already been shipped, we will also send an order status email to your contact email. You can track the status of your order by checking the logistics number in the email.


We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

If the mobile phone number is not provided at the time of purchase, we will not be responsible for any delay in delivery.

It is recommended to fill in the mobile phone number when placing the order to ensure successful delivery.

  • Shipping Fees

    Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

    Of course, if you choose standard shipping, there will be no need to pay for shipping when the free shipping conditions are met.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

    We generally ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

  • Delivery Claims

    If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

    We will assist you in business with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

    LookSKY does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

  • Out of stock items

    If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order. And contact you to confirm how to deal with out-of-stock items (Refund or Exchange other item(s) ).

  • Reserved rights regarding shipping

    LookSky reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

    ● An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
    ● An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;
    ● Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
